A New Chapter
We are delighted to announce that we are joining the Bel air Village network, thanks to a strategic partnership with Alpha Camping. This ambitious project, born of the vision of the elected representatives of the Communauté d’Agglomération du Grand Angoulême and the 25 years of expertise of Didier Bourgoin, Chairman and CEO of Alpha Camping, marks the start of a new era for our camping. This collaboration is the fruit of thoughtful co-construction and dialogue, aimed at aligning public strategy with a viable, sustainable business model.
Bel air Village projects
The Bel air Village network will take us on large-scale projects, to make camping le plan d’eau the setting for your next unforgettable vacation.
- Cooperate with the elected representatives of Greater Angoulême and the commune of Saint-Yrieix-sur-Charente to ensure the management, marketing and development of our activities.
- Implementing various developments and the addition of 50 rental housing units, all diversified and ISO 14000 and 26000 certified, respectful of our environmental footprint.
- Define a sustainable and responsible vacation offering, with “Clé Verte” certification planned for 2025.
- Work with local partners to offer short breaks and themed holidays, optimizing visitor numbers during the peak season.
A family camping
Located on the outskirts of Angoulême, between the Charente river and the Grande Prairie lake, we’re ideally situated for nature breaks. Eric Heussner, 52, our new manager, brings with him 8 years’ experience in the management of independent camping sites and large IHPA groups. He’s determined to make our camping a friendly, welcoming place where you’ll want to extend your stay.
